Retirement Savings Plan
It’s important to MSK to help employees plan and save for the future. That’s why we partner with TIAA to offer the Retirement Savings Plan (RSP), a 403(b) plan. The RSP allows employees to set aside money for retirement while saving on taxes. Other advantages of the RSP include Base and Match contributions from MSK for eligible employees, investment options, access to TIAA’s Financial Consultants, and online tools to help employees pursue their financial goals.

Tuition reimbursement
The Tuition Assistance Program provides financial assistance to help employees further their education and enhance their skills and knowledge. The program offers reimbursement to full-time and part-time employees working at least 18.75 hours per week.
